Global TPM is a leading provider of Third-Party Hardware Maintenance (TPM), specializing in the storage, server and networking datacenter equipment. Our focus is on the major OEM manufacturers in the industry today. Our team is passionate about delivering a “white-gloved” support experience that in some cases, exceeds the OEM and building strong client relationships. We also offer refurbished hardware, Install, Move and Add/Change (IMAC) services and we are adding TPM for software in the coming weeks. 

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our team. This fully remote, commission-based role is ideal for a self-motivated, independent sales professional with experience in the IT sector. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales for our IT solutions and services. 

Responsibilities

  •  Identify and prospect potential clients in need of IT services and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses and decision-makers.
  • Present and promote our IT solutions to prospective clients.
  • Customize sales strategies to meet the needs of different industries.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

  •  Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, such as [data center operations, hardware infrastructure, maintenance, etc.].
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • A strong network of business contacts is highly desirable.
  • Public Sector experience is a plus.

Compensation
